Our Collaborative Customer Workflow:
1. opTricon develops a detailed specification according to customer requirements.
2. The potential approach is tested through simulation.
3. The electrical circuitry and the board layout are developed on the basis of the simulation.
4. Next all of the mechanical components and the complete device are designed.
5. The first prototypes are built in our own laboratory and workshop.
6. In a parallel process the software for the internal programmable control is developed and integrated.
7. The customer receives the first samples for testing and approval.
8. opTricon begins small lot production and assists the customer all the way to full-scale production.
